Hallo,
Seoul is a city of contradicions: old and new, modern and old-fashioned, shiny and dirty, young and old, quiet and hectic.
When wandering through the city you will find a stressfull, hectic athmosphere, but as soon as you enter a temple or a palast, everything slows down and feels peaceful. You will marvel at the glittering skysrapers and turning round a corner, wondering about the old-fashined small houses snugged into the city corners. Starbucks can be found next to tradional tea houses, young people concentrating on their smart phones and very old people looking worried and worn, friendly people and people looking at you with contempt, most of them not speaking one word of english. ;)
Seoul is everything but boring :) You can spend many days exploring all kinds of corners and areas and there is still more to see.
Here are the pictures for you! :)
I wish you all a good day and week and would love to hear from you!
Best regards, Renate
